Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all Oxyfresh tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
